Send feedback about the site

Use the feedback form for general feedback, bug reports, feature requests or calculator issues. It asks for your name, email address and message, and includes a page reference with the submission. If you open it here, add the calculator or guide URL that your message concerns.

Which email address should you use?

• General inquiries: contact@paynumera.com — questions about PayNumera, media inquiries and partnership proposals.
• Calculator and technical support: support@paynumera.com — unexpected results, broken controls, content corrections, accessibility problems and feature requests.
• Privacy: privacy@paynumera.com — questions or requests about information you submitted and the site's data practices.
• Advertising concerns: compliance@paynumera.com — questions about our advertising disclosure or a suspected misleading advertisement. Display ads are currently disabled.

A descriptive subject such as “Paycheck Calculator — biweekly result” or “Accessibility — state selector” makes the purpose of your message clear.

How do I report a calculation that looks wrong?

Send enough detail to reproduce the result using an example that contains no identifying information. Please include:

1. The calculator name or page URL, displayed tax year and selected state.
2. The relevant settings, such as pay frequency, filing status, deduction type and whether the figure is per paycheck or annual.
3. Sample input amounts, the result shown and the result you expected.
4. A link to the official rule or explanation behind your expectation, if available.

Use hypothetical amounts where possible. If changing an amount removes the issue, describe the affected input and threshold without sending a pay stub. A screenshot of the calculator can help, provided names, account information and unrelated browser content are removed.

Check the calculator's assumptions and methodology first: withholding, annual tax and take-home pay measure different things. The corrections policy describes how reports are evaluated.

Technical and accessibility help

For a control that will not open, a display problem or a failed print or share action, describe the steps before the problem, the page address, browser and device. Include the error text if one appears.

For accessibility feedback, tell us what you were trying to do and what prevented it. You may include your keyboard, screen reader, zoom or other access settings if relevant. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information.

Keep personal financial records out of your message

Do not send Social Security numbers, bank details, passwords, full tax returns, identity documents or unredacted payroll records. The form and contact inboxes are for product support, not a secure document-upload service. Review any scenario link before sending it because it may contain the calculator settings you chose to share.

What happens after you contact us?

PayNumera is independently operated by founder Ali Raza. A successful form submission confirms receipt; it does not confirm that a reported error has been verified or a change approved. Investigation may require additional non-sensitive details, and we do not guarantee a response or resolution time.

We can consider product questions and corrections, but cannot provide individualized tax, financial or legal advice through support.
